Award Winning Children's program was designed to teach these things while learning practical self defense should they someday have to use it.
Bullying is a problem that nowadays far too many people
are familiar with. We have the solution! We
are the areas only facility to be certified to teach Verbal
Judo, a practical system of diffusing aggression
using tactical communication. This is the same
program being used in such Law Enforcement Agencies
nationwide such as the N.Y.P.D and L.A.P.D.

We do not give away our belts! Our students work hard for what they get, and know first hand the feeling of accomplishment! We love seeing the life lessons that are automatically taught just by practicing the martial arts, but we are especially lucky to have Mr.Friedman's wife (a School Psychologist) on board. With her input, we teach the traditional values of the martial arts, using the most modern motivation and teaching methods.
Our practical and effective curriculum that we teach
to children doesn't stop there. We have a few
different programs for adults that are results driven
classes that cater to the needs of the individual.
