We offer many programs that help people from all walks of life. If you are a parent looking for a good structured environment for your child where words like respect, self discipline, focus and self confidence are practiced like second nature by our young students, than look no further! Our Children's program was designed to teach these things while learning practical self defense should they someday have to use it.

We do not give away our belts! Our students work hard for what they get, and know first hand the feeling of accomplishment! We love seeing the life lessons that are automatically taught just by practicing the martial arts, but we are especially lucky to have Mr.Friedman's wife (a School Psychologist) on board. With her input, we teach the traditional values of the martial arts, using the most modern motivation and teaching methods.

Parents needing after care from school, and who want their child to get the benefits from martial arts training, have a home here. Our after school pickup program is structured, fun, and to the parents of Lake Mary, simply known as "the best there is!".

Our classes are structured by age and skills level, with a special program just for Teens. In our school no student sits on the bench, everybody participates. With our low student/instructor ratio, every student gets the individual attention they need with our instructors.

Our Kickboxing Aerobics, and Yoga programs have what your body needs to shed fat, and tone you up fast, and we have a convenient schedule to keep you on track with your fitness goals.
