In this Preliminary Martial Arts Program, each child will experience training that targets the skills that are currently in their development; Skills including large and gross motor skills, behavior development, and character development are the primary focus.  Age appropriate exercises, life lessons, martial arts drills, and games were developed to build these skills.  You won't find a more age-specific program that maximizes results like this one, we guarantee it!

Future Kidz Course (Ages 5 & 6)

Between pre-school and early elementary education, children are building 8 basic fundamental skills including focus, Teamwork, Control, Memory, Balance, Discipline, Fitness, and Coordination.  Studies have shown that these 8 skills are developed the most within this age group, which increases the child's growth and development dramatically.  The Future Kid Program targets these skills with a comprehensive training system that was specially designed to generate maximum results.  Any child who completes this program will have an edge in their early childhood, which will make the transition into adolescence much easier.

Teens Program

Our teen program works to instill all of the character building benefits of the children’s program, but with a curriculum designed just for teens, using Kenpo Karate, Boxing and Grappling.  Our program helps to instill a strong sense of self-worth and respect.  These traits are every child's foundation for dealing with unhealthy peer pressure. Our teen students become the leaders of their peer groups not complacent followers who do “whatever” just to fit in with the crowd.  In addition, our program emphasizes other important life skills such as self-discipline, respect for others, strong listening skills, and an increasingly important understanding of physical fitness.

Adult Program

At Champion Karate we have developed a unique program for our adult students that represent the perfect combination for the body and mind. Through training in American Kenpo karate our adult students are able to quickly see results and achieve their goals. The adults who enjoy our program quickly notice improvements in their stamina, flexibility, strength and overall physical coordination. Beyond this, our program is an excellent cardio vascular and muscle-strengthening workout, which is essential for maintaining a healthy heart and a healthy weight.

Along with the numerous physical benefits our students notice a reduction in stress, improved concentration, an increase in self-confidence and self-discipline as well as a peace of mind that comes from the ability to protect yourself and your family. You will learn real world self defense techniques from the system created by “the father of American Karate”, Master Ed Parker, all in real world scenarios.  In our school, students work out with the same individuals and they become training partners and friends.
