I’ve had success in ways that I never imagined I would by taking this class. By making small adjustments to my eating habits, I have lost 27lbs and 2 pants sizes. I even have more energy so I can play with my children like never before. Thank you so much Champion Karate! You’ve made a difference in me!

During my undergraduate years, I got caught up with the college scene and had significant problems focusing and paying attention in class as well as on normal tasks. My grades suffered and I would always look for shortcuts and ways to cut corners just to “get by”. Ever since I started Kenpo with Mr. Friedman, my attention and focus has increased tremendously on everyday tasks and I am able to sit down and read for hours at a time. Kenpo has made a huge difference in all aspects of my life and I highly recommend it for anyone who has problems with focus, attention and finishing what they started.

Mr. Friedman has a positive and relaxed demeanor enabling him to reach all of our students. Lessons were geared for each age group. Our students were challenged, yet all students were able to experience success in the program. He made the class setting non-threatening, comfortable, interesting and fun. Students expressed enthusiasm and all wanted to participate because of this. Students were exposed to many concepts and skills they will be able to use throughout their life. From day to day/childhood/ and adulthood.
Mr. Friedman’s Success class would be a great addition to any schools curriculum. What a great positive, motivational and inspirational tool for a school to pass on to their students.

I just wanted to say “thank you” to you and Mr. RJ for giving Tish a fantastic birthday party last Saturday. She loved every minute of it and from talking to the other children so did they, and by finishing with the board break everyone left on a high with a real sense of achievement. I wasn’t too sure what to expect from a karate party but the way that you structured it meant that on-one was left out or bored. You engaged the kids totally.

Anthony has always loved being a Little Dragon and it was the extra effort from you and your staff that got him excited to learn and participate again.

The instructors at Champion Karate are natural team leaders, and their established students represent themselves in the same manner. Everyone here at this school shows exceptional effort and care to perform the various techniques correctly, as their instructors were shown, and it is contagious…..my excitement continues to grow from my experiences here at each class!
